Una coppia sta diventando virale sui social media dopo aver condiviso un rumore strano che la loro nuova Jeep Wagoneer sta facendo, un mistero che apparentemente viene ignorato dal produttore.
Nel video pubblicato il 24 giugno su TikTok, Tasha Hill ha spiegato che la sua nuova Jeep Wagoneer ha iniziato a fare un rumore strano, dimostrato da suo marito nel parcheggio di un centro commerciale.
Nella didascalia ha aggiunto di aver già contattato Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler e Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, il concessionario dove hanno comprato il veicolo nel 2023.
“Questo problema specifico è successo innumerevoli volte sin dall’inizio. Mi hanno detto che, dato che non riuscivano a riprodurre il problema e non avevo una registrazione, non potevano ripararlo né capire quale fosse il problema,” ha scritto.
Poiché il problema è sporadico, ha avuto difficoltà a documentarlo. Purtroppo nemmeno la registrazione ha aiutato il suo caso. “Eppure guardate: nessuno può fare nulla a riguardo.”
Secondo lei, Chrysler ha promesso di assegnarle un responsabile del caso, ma non ha ricevuto notizie da nessuno e non è riuscita a mettersi in contatto quando l’hanno chiamata.
“Ho già detto che non possono darci il nome della persona che gestisce il nostro caso, né possiamo parlare con lei? Non è affatto sospetto,” ha sostenuto Hill.

So please feel free to share! 2 years ago, we purchased this hunk of junk. Brand new might I add. Since I’ve had it, it’s been in the shop more than it’s been out. This specific problem here has happened numerous times since the beginning in which I was told since they couldn’t duplicate the problem and I didn’t have record of it they couldn’t fix it or know what the problem was. Well, it finally did it to my husband and we have it recorded. Still low and behold no one can do anything about it! This happens sporadically going down the road. No rhyme or reason. The only thing i can do is pull over and turn it off. Did I mention the motor blew up on it not to long ago, but they swear it was the reservoir. On top of something “chewing” the wires before that but not one piece of evidence to support that claim. Oh and the whole car died at one point because of “electrical” problems killed the battery. It’s literally been one thing after the other and now we’ve been in legal for about 2 weeks now and no one can give us any answers other than “someone will call you tomorrow.” Chrysler keeps telling us they’re not authorized to share any information with us since this not a “normal” case and our case manager will reach out to us, they’ve told us this everyday and no one will call us back or connect us to a supervisor. Did I also mention they can’t give us the name of the person handling our case nor can we speak to that person?? That’s not suspicious at all! We are at a loss. Maybe if we make it Facebook official someone will be inclined to help us, Idk it’s worth a shot. 🤷♀️ give me all your advice.
